How busy should I expect Universal Orlando to be this month, in terms of wait time for rides?

I’m spending a few days in Orlando, and I’m going to be visiting Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. The last time I was there was in January 2005, and the lines only took 15-20 minutes to get through, and even though the park closed at 7, we got on everything we wanted to ride. Now that it’s June, the park is still only open til 8, so I want to know how crowded I should expect the park(s) to be. I’ll be going on a Tuesday or a Wednesday, if that’s any help.

    Its pretty much full always i especially because its the summer

    Bad time to go!

    Schools are letting out and the parks will be packed. Expect 45~55min waits and even longer for the popular rides.

    You should expect it to be very busy now that its summer. More families are taking vacation and the kids are off of school. Because you are going on a Tuesday or Wednesday, it wont be as busy as Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Universal Studios, of course, should not be as busy as Islands of Adventure because there are more thrill rides. Aa a Floridian, I am going to guess the lines will be from 15-55 minutes.

    Unversal and Islands of Adventure are really busy in the summer. This is because the kids who live in Flordia are out of school and they mostly have seasons passes to Disney/Universal. The line waits can be anywhere from 1hr. to 3hr. depending on the ride. The weekdays tend to be less busy but there still pretty busy.
