It all depends on your budget.

Try Seralago Hotel. It has a pool and game room and the only place in the hotel to have a connection is the lobby. They got stores and others!

If you like sports you should stay at Disney’s All-Star Sports hotel. The room rates are affordable and there are definitely people your age there. I have friends that went and LOVED it!

You should look for somewhere that offers a free shuttle. There are limited hotels that allow guests to be under 21 to check in.
(they have shuttle to parks, breakfast, walking distance to wet n wild and are located on the iride trolley route if you are looking to use that as transportation to get around international drive)
(shuttle, breakfast, across the street from universal and on the iride trolley route)

also: universal is offering an online discount for advance purchase on tickets. You can get a 1 week unlimited admission ticket to universal, islands of adventure, and wet n wild for 94.95.
I can also offer universal and islands of adventure only for 89.99 unlimited for 1 week.
they also offer flex tickets, if you are looking to include sea world, aquatica, or busch gardens..
