Our kids are ages 3 yr & 10 months. Our 3 yr old loves animals so we’re thinking of taking him to Animal Kingdom. Looking for other ideas of what to do, where to eat, etc. Also, would like to visit the beach, which one is closest & best for families?

We recently took our 6 month old to Orlando and she had a ball!
At Magic Kingdom there’s loads for kids to do, especially in Fantasyland - Dumbo, Peter Pan, it’s a small world, Mad Tea Party, Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh.

At Animal Kingdom you can do the Kilimanjaro Safari, Festival of the Lion King, Pocahontas & her Forest Friends.

Kids of that age will love character meals. I’d recommend Crystal Palace (MK) & Chef Mickey’s (Contemporary Resort).

Also, visit SeaWorld, lots of animals to see there, your 3 yr old would love it!

Animal Kingdom is great but there is alot of walking to be done and there is hardly any shaded areas, you will probably die in the blazing sun and heat. For a lot cheaper price go to Sea World they will love the dolphins and the sea lions and Shamu the killer whale, also there are alot of rides for small children. There are several beaches to go to, but the one I like is Daytona beach because you can drive your car right on the beach and park it on the sand. Eating in the theme parks is very expensive, but out side of the parks you will find all the fast foods etc.
