That depends on what you are going to Florida to do and where. This is much more effective in person than calling in advance. If you are going to be in the Orlando area there are an outrageous amount of timeshares for couples to attend and be compensated with free attraction tickets, rooms, or cash and usually a free meal during the presentation. Most of these vendors who will sign you up are paid through the small deposit you will pay to attend one, for example a $10. per person fee but you receive free tickets worth $100. There are a couple for a single man but not many, you must have a mate to take advantage of these offers, and have a valid credit card. You really can save a lot this way. In fact you could support an entire week stay without spending a penny but be forewarned they are high pressure sales, and so boring! If you are confident and can easily stick to some common sense and say, “no” then you will be fine!

There are so many vendors you could literally do two or more timeshares over 7 days, but not all street vendors will be able to sign you up. Some are only licensed for certain places, while others have many or just one that they can sign you up for. It really is a matter of persistence if you want to pursue this. Timeshare companies do not have availabilities every day either so it is a matter of scheduling. Some timeshares like to keep it a secret that they will be offering tours until the night before so this is something you have to check frequently with the street vendors. Sometimes several times a day.

A few you can call, although i know little about their current offers are:

    Westgate
    LikiTiki
    Blue Green
    The Palms

check out for a cheap vacation rental by owner. You can rent it by the week and you’ll save a bundle over a hotel. Its got 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, private pool and hot tub and complete kitchen. Best of all, its only 6 miles from Disney.
