Lots and lots of things to do.
You have museums many free other very low cost.
Over 50 smaller attractions in area
Go to on right there is a menu bar browse through it.
It’ll help you see what is out here.

Hold over from the old 50’s roadside attractions go to Gatorland
Here is a link to lots of attractions - I have never ordered tickets off of this so don’t know if it’s ok to do so but there is attraction information.
I like the shopping in Winter Haven as well - yuppie artsy shops.

across from sea world there a really good water park but i dont rember the name lol sorry
also i would recommend wet n wild and blizzard beach-those are water parks
