Did you just want to hit Disney world or all the sites?
I would visit your auto club or a travel agent for help. They can plan a good itinery for you and the kids.
If you are limited in time and or money, I would concentrate on one place… most likely Disney. They have packages designed for families, and if you go during August/September they toss in free dining.

Honestly, I think planning a vacation to Disney, if you want to stay on site, the best thing to do is use a travel agent. The prices are exactly the same as what you would get if you booked it on your own, but you get the knowledge and service you don’t get doing it on your own.
This is the travel agency I use for my trips: They are absolutely wonderful, the best I have ever worked with. Their website also has a lot of info.
This: is one of the most extensive websites for Disney that you can find.
Hope this helps!

My best advice is to choose which parks you want to go to then look at the closing times, and stagger the days by a late park with an early park. For instance, Magic Kingdom closes anywhere from 9pm to 11pm. Then the next day would be an early park like Animal Kingdom because they close at 6pm. That way you can take it all in and not get over exerted.
