You wouldn’t actually be working for the Walt Disney Company, so that’s why you weren’t able to find any info on their site.
This is probably legit, but you never know, so proceed very cautiously.
Most likely, this is run by a travel company. You’d go thru their training process and they’d send you ‘leads’, that you’d then research and come up with a quote for. You’d then get commission if the lead books the stay.
That being said — this is probably what you heard about mentioned on the radio:

You wouldn’t be working directly for Walt Disney World. They offer work at home option to castmembers that live in the Orlando area and only about 10 people are currently doing it.
