We’re going to Disney World for Christmas, we have a first timer 4 year old boy. Any suggestions on how to make it slightly less traumatic on our bank account? Our condo is paid for, the rest is up to us…

Unfortunately Disney does not really allow discounted tickets. There are a few authorized ticket dealers who can give you slight discounts, such as AAA if you are a member, or

I would not recommend buying from anyone but an authorized dealer, because you won’t be able to tell if the tickets are valid or not until you get to the gate. There are a lot of scams out there.

The other poster is correct. Disney sponsors no discount program. They don’t need to. Christmas is among the most crowded times in Orlando. Coupons for most others things can be found in the tourist magazines available everywhere in the Orlando area.

If you know someone with an annual pass they can save you about 10 bucks on your Disney tickets.
