They pretty much treat everyone as their best friend. It is as simple as that. This comes form Walt Disney himself when he personally trained the first generation of Disneyland staff in the 1950’s. A friend of mines grandmother still has her Mickey Mouse club sweater she wore to do shows when she worked in Disneyland back in the late 50’s.
