There is a public bus system, but it’s not very good and I don’t recommend it. There’s always calling a cab, or to save a few bucks, you might like to try a Mears shuttle.I have used these before with great success. They are generally very nice, will come on time or close to time, and are cheaper than cabs. There’s also a company that I have not personally used but is endorsed by called Quicksilver Limo, which operates regular cars, too. I have not priced it, but all of these options are available online if you want to get more info!

first take one of the disney buses to Downtown Disney then from there call a cab it’s the closest distance from inside disney! :) that’s the way i go.

    wow that will be tough
im going without renting a car but our hotel has shuttle to all those places for free

the only thing i can think of is lynx which is the bus system but its not too great and it might take over 2 hrs to get from wdw to universal

go to and click on trip planner then just type in for example from seaword to universal
and it will tell you what buses, where , and the times

or you can take taxis but plan on spending alot

    Hi,
There are many tourist(including international visitors) who use public transportation who go in either direction.

You can catch lynx #50 from disney ticket & transportation center to Sea World.
    Trip takes about 20 minutes.
This bus runs twice an hour.
Drops you off in front of Sea World.

If you want to go to Universal get off at Sea World
Request a transfer and use it to board #8 and get off at Wet N Wild.
Trip also takes about 20 minutes.
This bus runs 4 or 5 times an hour.

Get off at Wet N Wild and walk to corner(Universal Blvd).
There is a sidewalk and is a 10 minute walk.

The walk will help you stretch your legs.
You’ll be walking all day at park!

It’ll take you about an hour overall.
Bus $1.75 per person each way
    Taxi roughly $80 round trip.

The bus drivers and other passengers are very friendly.
    Bus schedules located behind driver.

Check out bus & Universal info and a coupon at sources below.

If you are not renting a car, go by taxi. They also have buses but it will take longer since they don’t go straight to those places.
