Your best bet in New York, is the World of Disney store in Manhattan. It is 3 levels, has tons of Disney memorabilia, and even has character meet greets on the third floor. If anywhere in New York would have the Disney Kooky pens, I’m betting that it’s here. You could even call first and ask them. Check it out:
